Eagle CEO Named to Industry Association Board
Ottawa, Ontario, March 17, 2008 – Eagle CEO, Kevin Dee, was named a National Director to the Association of Canadian Search, Employment, and Staffing Services (ACSESS). CEO of the Canadian IT staffing firm Eagle, Dee has been an active member of the ACSESS Board of Directors for many years, including a period he spent as president in 2004. Through dedication of a significant amount of time and effort to the organization, both the CEO and Eagle play a crucial role in the expansion and success of the staffing industry.
The Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS) is the single voice for promoting best industry practices for the recruitment, employment and staffing services industry in Canada. ACSESS supports advancement of the staffing industry through professional training and certification programs, leading to a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation. Its more than 800 member offices help businesses respond to changing need and offer a broad range of employment opportunities and services.
ACSESS has eight chapters across Canada promoting the interests and growth of the Canadian staffing industry. The national Board of Directors, which governs the non-profit organization, is represented by a variety of industry leaders from across the country. By participating on the board, Mr. Dee is able to help raise the industry’s credibility and visibility, as well as provide input towards employment legislation and regulations.
