Eagle President Earns a Place in Women’s Executive Network Top 100 Hall of Fame
Ottawa, ON, November 21, 2007 – The Women’s Executive Network (WXN) announced today that Janis Grantham, Eagle’s President and COO, has been inducted into the Top 100 Hall of Fame for Canada’s Most Powerful Women. The hall of fame includes 44 of Canada’s most accomplished women leaders in all categories, all of whom were listed on the Top 100 list at least 3 times in the past four years. Grantham held a place in these rankings for four consecutive years as one of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs.
“Women need to know that success is possible in the business world and WXN does a great job at that.” said Janis Grantham, Eagle’s President and COO. “This kind of recognition is one way to show that glass ceilings can be broken and I’m proud to be a part of WXN’s Hall of Fame.” In addition to being listed in the WXN’s rankings, Janis Grantham has also been recognized by PROFIT Magazine since 2001 as one of Canada’s top Women entrepreneurs. This year marked her 3rd consecutive year at number 4.
