Eagle’s President Among the Top Women Entrepreneurs in Canada
Janis Grantham Ranks on this Year’s PROFIT W100
Ottawa, ON, October 16, 2009 – Janis Grantham, President and Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Professional Resources (Eagle), was listed as one of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs in the 11th annual PROFIT W100 ranking published by PROFIT:Your Guide to Business Success. Ms. Grantham was one of two Ottawa-based business owners to rank on this year’s list.
Grantham first appeared on the list in 2001 and has been listed among Canada’s top women entrepreneurs every year since then. Past rankings have been based solely on company revenues; however, the rankings this year were determined on a composite score based on the size, growth rate and profitability of the businesses of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs.

The rankings were announced online today at www.profitmagazine.ca. Also published in the November issue of PROFIT, The PROFIT W100 is Canada’s largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement by women. The PROFIT W100 profiles the country’s most successful female business owners. The Up and Comers list is new for 2009. It is a ranking of 10 successful up-and-coming women entrepreneurs whose companies are still in the emerging phase.
