Eagle Introduces Innovative New Online System – Virtual Recruiter
National Source and Screen Service Helps Organizations with Recruitment
Ottawa, ON, March 11, 2011 – Less than a year since its official launch, Eagle’s Virtual Recruiter, Canada’s first nation-wide source and screen service, is demonstrating tremendous growth. This week, Eagle implemented an automated online service system to keep up with the overwhelming demand for Virtual Recruiter. This online system will increase efficiencies and enable clients to receive results more quickly and easily.
Virtual Recruiter (www.virtualrecruiter.ca) is one of Eagle’s latest innovative contributions to the staffing industry and offers companies an affordable alternative to the standard staffing model. For a fixed price, hiring managers submit a job description online, which is then posted to Eagle’s extended job posting network. After the posting period, an experienced Recruiter reviews all resumes received and sends them to the hiring manger, along with a shortlisted recommendation of the top applicants. This allows hiring managers to immediately focus on the most qualified matches to their needs.
The feedback from Virtual Recruiter’s users has been very positive.
