The Eagle Elite
In 2006, Eagle introduced a new certification program, the Eagle Elite, the first of its kind in the staffing industry. It is one more way that Eagle is ensuring that you have access to the best candidates available.
What is an Eagle Elite?
An Eagle Elite is a contractor who has been awarded an exclusive designation. This designation recognizes high quality independent contractors that exhibit true talent and professionalism.
This is a voluntary program that echoes the high standards that are expected from this
exceptional group of professionals. To become one of Eagle’s Elite,
contractors are required to meet the following requirements:
- A contractor is required to sign and adhere to the Contractor Code of Ethics.
- A contractor must have positive, current reference checks completed by Eagle.
- A contractor must have completed at least one assignment with Eagle where the
client has been satisfied with the work completed. - A contractor must be endorsed by at least one Eagle Recruiter and is approved by
Eagle’s Certification Board.
This certification can be verified by anyone calling Eagle.
What Does this Mean for our Clients?
When you engage an Eagle Elite, you will know that you are getting the best of the best. These in-demand professionals have a history of high standards in addition to their technical and professional expertise and are committed to completing your project. Keep in mind that though not everyone will necessarily meet the requirements outlined above, we do have contractors who have also signed the Code of Ethics. These contractors have declared their commitment to high standards and are future candidates for this certification.
