Our resume review process will be done by professional Recruitment Specialists with extensive experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. We will use the information you provide us, including key evaluation criteria and mandatory requirements to individually screen and short list all applicants.

Do I get to see ALL the resumes of applicants from the posting?
Yes, and we add value by short-listing the top applicants for you. You are free to hire as many applicants from one posting as you choose.

How do I know the top candidates you recommend will be the top candidates from my perspective?
Our job posting template requests that you provide us with specific screening criteria so we are able to match your needs to the candidate. It is important that you respond to these criteria with as much detail as possible so we can match your needs to the best of our ability.
