Job Posting
Promoting your job openings through the Virtual Recruiter is fast and easy. All you have to do is download the Job Posting Template and fill out the specified fields or create your own description and send it to the Virtual Recruiter. Be sure to include:
- Description of your company
- Job Title, detailed descriptions and requirements (including mandatory and desirable criteria)
- Number of days your job opportunity should be published in Eagle’s Job Centre (maximum 15 days)
- Key Screening Criteria – this will assist our recruiters in providing you with the best fitting candidates for your organization
- Contact and Billing Information
As soon as your job opportunity is received, it will be posted to Eagle’s Job Centre. A Virtual Recruiter representative may contact you for clarification. After your job posting has expired, you will receive all resumes submitted, including a list of the top candidates.
Pricing
The Virtual Recruiter package comes at an all-inclusive price of $850 (+GST). That not only includes having your job posted to Eagle’s Job Centre for up to 15 days, but also receiving a short-listed batch of the top resumes, as well as a copy of every resume received during the posting period.
