AND yes it requires an investment of both time and energy, but it might be worth it.<br /><br />Played twice on the weekend, and scored two goals in each game so the "pain" is tempered a little by the thrill of performing OK.<br /><br />Currently my investment is in massage therapy!!! :-) Well Chris … I certainly do need more soccer specific off field training.
