Don't Say "Can't"

I often publish the "Coaching" messages I get from Michael Paquin's regular emails. As usual his "Coaching Tip" from yesterday was right on the mark. It is about having a positive attitude, which is not just "motherhood" ... I am so amazed at how negative some people can be. It really is just a state of mind, and everyone is capable of adopting a positive attitude. Wouldn't life be very different if all around you had that positive, "can do" kind of attitude!

Michael's point in this message is not to change anything for now, just really notice this one thing in your life. Be "aware" of when you use the word "can't", and that awareness in itself should get you thinking. If you can believe that it is possible to find ways to make things happen it will change your whole life for the better!

Focus Your Energy On What You Can Do
Coaching
Remove the word can't from your vocabulary. Can't is a choice, and one that won't get you what you want and deserve. As long as you are stuck in can't, you won't be able to move forward. Focus all your energy on what you can do, and how you can make it happen.

Coaching Question
Where are you getting stuck in can't?
Live the Day

Today, notice how many times you say the word can't. You don't have to do anything about it, just notice.

There have been a number of previous posts that touch on this subject ...
It is positive people that succeed ... changing your outlook to become a positive person requires some discipline, but is very achievable. Start by recognising that you are sometimes more negative than you should be! Once you know there is a problem then you can work on the solution!
