Wow ... that sounds ominous doesn't it!
The reality is that we all exercise these traits to varying degrees ... and it is the degree to which you exercise them that will determine the result you get.
So if you want to change your life then change the degree to which you exercise these three things.
Try it with baby steps.
If you want to change your work situation then decide what it will take ... decide how much you are willing to change things and go for it.
If you want to change your health then do those same things.
If you want to change your relationships it works too!
Old fashioned words ... but maybe that's not such a bad thing!
