Asking our self questions can be a powerful way to motivate different behaviour that might help us to change our situation, our mood, our life.

Here are some to consider …

Am I in the right job?

Do I make the most of my days?

Did I move my agenda(s) today?

Do I have a picture of where I would like to be 5 years from now?  This time next year?

Am I giving back?

If I was my boss what would I say to me?

What could I do different tomorrow that would help me … my career, my health, my relationships, my hobbies etc?

Am I happy?  Why not?  What can I do about it?

Ask your self some questions and just maybe you will find answers that change your life for the better.
