Breigh Radford has been leading the Human Resources team at Eagle for more than 14 years. As a senior member of the management team, she focuses on creating an inclusive workplace through policies and initiatives, as well as works with the management team throughout the organization to hire, develop and train the Eagle Team. Breigh is committed to staying on top of the latest policies in all of Eagle's jurisdictions in order to ensure the company's compliance in all provincial Employment Standards, with Health and Safety, and ISO.
Breigh is driven by her desire to make sure every detail is covered. She loves being involved in picking the right hire for the team, the right culture for the company, the right words for the card, and the right flowers for the event.
An avid Opera goer, dog lover and gardener, Breigh enjoys the finer things in life. She regularly relaxes at her cottage, where she is actively involved in the community as the Treasurer for her local cottage road association.
