Kevin Dee is a co-founder at Eagle. As the former CEO, he provides advice and experience in support of the executive team. His involvement is focused on strategic initiatives and business development.
In 2006, Kevin was named CEO of the Year by the Ottawa Business Journal, in 2009 was Consumer’s Choice Businessman of the Year for Ottawa-Gatineau and, in 2012, was presented with the ACSESS Award of Excellence.
Kevin was a National Board Member for nine years, and past President of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), which is the Canadian staffing industry association. He was also a National Board Member of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB Canada) for five years, stepping down in 2014. He is active in numerous charities providing both financial support, and his time.
