We have an opportunity for a great position as a Bilingual Project Specialist (Milestone) Integration.

Assignment Length:             11-month contract

Top skills for Bilingual Project Specialist (Milestone) Integration:

  • A diploma in communication is required and equivalent related knowledge;
  • Five (5) years of experience in the field of telecommunications project management;
  • Ability to work with plans and specifications;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
  • Good knowledge of essential computer software (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint);

As the Bilingual Project Specialist (Milestone) Integration, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis and understanding of planning documents
  • Review of project related documentation
  • Plan all deliverables against project needs
  • Analysis of prerequisites and interface with affected groups
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for the deliverable part of the projects
  • Creation and revision of standards, practices and processes
  • Participate with engineering groups and networks for the design of procedural methods for various technical works
  • Schedule and secure internal and external resources for the required tasks.
  • Carry out infrastructure integration activities and tasks
  • Perform the integrations of all changes, additions and removals in the network
  • Execute the integration and secure the internal and external resources to ensure to meet the pre-established deadlines Execute the integration of the deliverables with the internal groups to ensure to meet the pre-established deadlines Validate, create and execute the requests in the tools various follow-ups
  • Ensure that program priorities are updated daily in management tools
  • Provide technical support to various groups
  • Assist and represent the Access Network group in production meetings, PM and program launch
  • Follow-up and respect the quality, cost and compliance instructions
  • Carry out corrections and document any deficiencies with the groups involved
  • Execute project closures versus lists of deliverables
