• Certified Scrum Master - (5.0 or higher) with 5 yrs experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
• Methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban), workflow process documentation, operational improvement and intermediate financial and statistical analysis skills.
• Bringing project though inception to client portfolio
• Telecom experience
• Managing multiple teams (avg. size 7-10) and multiple projects simultaneously while meeting goals and objectives through appropriate problem-solving, delegation and decision making.
• Experience on software development teams with a strong understanding of software development and software quality disciplines
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Publisher and MS Visio. Plus, technology focused project management tools—e.g., JIRA and Confluence, etc.
