Job description

Eagle’s client is seeking a Bilingual Coordinator for a one (1) year contract opportunity.

Key Bilingual Coordinator Skills
  • Three (3) to five plus (5+) years of similar experience
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, TEAMS, Outlook, OneNote) (for Excel knowledge of data entry, and preference for pivot tables)
  • Bilingual
As a Bilingual Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the bill payment process using different web platforms / applications;
  • Assisting with equipment orders;
  • Keeping up-to-date the directory of documents linked to networks (Site Info);
  • Initiating work requests on the network (NCT);
  • Assisting in the coordination of commissioning activities (Resources scheduling);
  • Providing the daily logistical support required by management and the various teams; and,
  • Data entry and reporting.
