Assignment Length:                     12-month contract

  • The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in business administration
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be agile and innovative while working in an environment of change and ambiguity; and demonstrated experience supporting bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability working autonomously, switching between multiple projects and environments as required to deliver high-priority items quickly
  • Demonstrated analytical and communication (verbal/written) skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to write user guides, manuals, and technical knowledge articles
  • Demonstrated experience in platform and infrastructure services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft’s suite of tools including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in process development and improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of ServiceNow and Jira
  • Additional Qualifications
  • The following will also be considered:
  • Demonstrated industry certification such as International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
  • Demonstrated experience with Value Stream mapping
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Lifecycle and Service Delivery

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:
  • Interact with business stakeholders and I&O subject matter experts to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analyzing their data to identify process performance areas
  • Support Project managers and Technical leads in the delivery of solutions to our clients
  • Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
  • Develop and enhance I&O intake and work management processes with input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare storytelling narratives in activities such as developing a business case, building requirements, writing user stories and use cases,
  • Design workflow and process strategies to improve business performance. Monitor the efficacy of updated workflows
  • Assist in development of service and product definitions/workflow for inclusion in the Service Catalogue.
  • Other related activities and deliverables as required
