Job description

Our client is seeking a Change Management Analyst for a one (1) year contract opportunity.

Key Change Management Analyst Skills
  • A minimum of three (3) years of OCM experience training, communication plans, OCM processes
  • Experience working on technology implementation projects
As a Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Engaging with senior leaders, consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors;
  • Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications with Stakeholders;
  • Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities with actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan;
  • Applying a change management process, assessing impact, and use tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required specifically by a project or initiative;
  • Developing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the change project;
  • Providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs;
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance along with risk mitigation tactics;
  • Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
  • Evaluating and ensuring user readiness by assessing employee skills gaps and developing solutions to close the gap;
  • Tracking and reporting issues;
  • Managing the change portfolio;
  • Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes as well as enhancing them;
  • Assisting in establishing and implementing necessary training materials across product streams; and,
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting user behavior using marketing and other business data sets to gain quantitative insights that will enhance decision making.
