Change Management Analyst (SCM)

Job description

Our client is looking for a Change Management Analyst (SCM) for a nine (9) month contract opportunity.

Key Change Management Analyst Skills
  • Seven plus (7+) years’ experience
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity without needing a lot of direction (independent worker) 
  • Prior experience on change initiatives, preferably systems and process changes
  • PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education certifications
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP Solutions (Would prefer SAP) 
As a Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating overall change and business readiness activities over the Release 2 and 3 phases of the Program;
  • Working with OCM counterparts to assess and classify specific change impacts (people, process, technology) related to the project and tied to the key employee end user experiences;
  • Identifying SCM key stakeholders and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process;
  • Providing input to design and deliver stakeholder communications, training, and performance support materials;
  • Partnering with Change Agents to identify people risks within the business related to supply chain processes and propose mitigation actions;
  • Working closely with OCM counterparts to conduct role mapping for end users requiring system access to participate in SCM processes; and,
  • Conducting business readiness assessments to determine the readiness for deployment, including adoption tracking and measurement.
