Eagle is assisting our client, a leader in their industry, in the search for two (2) experienced Customer Care Advisors (English Only)
Our client is offering a very positive pay-rate for excellent candidates.

Assignment Length:                     6-month contract

Assignment Starting;                    December

Top skills for Customer Care Advisor (English Only):

  • Five plus (5+) years of Customer Service or Call Center experience within financial services
Nice to Have Skills
  • Three (3) to four-plus (4+) years of Wealth Management experience (iTrade, Quest Trade, etc)
  • Some previous Data Entry experience

Soft Skills:

  • Good temperament
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • Flexible to changing work environment
  • Ability to manage & prioritize high volumes
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Education:

  • Canadians Securities course preferred; otherwise, any post-secondary

As the Customer Care Advisor (English Only), you will be responsible for:

  • Collect information from clients & enter into the database
  • Respond to all phone & email inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner while fostering a relationship of mutual trust, respect and confidence.
