Job description

Eagle’s client is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for a three (3) month contract opportunity.

Key Marketing Project Coordinator Skills
  • Five plus (5+) years marketing and/or creative coordination experience, supporting medium to large marketing projects
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, organizational, and planning skills
  • Knowledge of project techniques, tools and methodologies with experience in project management and Agile
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business partners and creative team members to proactively manage workflow, reporting, status reports, etc.
  • High level of skill using Microsoft Suite, marketing management workflow tools
As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the effective management of marketing and creative elements of a various projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations;
  • Building/demonstrating strong understanding of project management and marketing/creative workflow standards;
  • Prioritizing, intake, assigning, and coordinating workflow, signoff, moving pieces for creative marketing projects;
  • Managing the work and deliverables of three (3) creative professionals (Graphic Designers and Copywriters) without a direct reporting relationship;
  • Demonstrating a firm dedication to the leaders within Business Growth’s goals and objectives relative to the projects;
  • Developing creative project plans that effectively align scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risk, communication, and procurement in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution and control;
  • Assisting the Director of Advisor Programs and Content to ensure that change, acceptance and approval management is proactive and effective on all projects;
  • Ensuring that appropriate processes, tools, and techniques are used by the creative marketing team;
  • Ensuring timely communication between project teams and their stakeholders;
  • Proactively escalating marketing project issues and risks that require the Directors of Advisor Programs and Content attention;
  • Assisting the Director in effectively and consistently delivering project status reporting updates on project accomplishments against milestones;
  • Leading the pod stand ups/ huddles, refinement and demo sessions; and,
  • Attending and participating in team meetings as requested.
