Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer for a six (6) month contract opportunity.

Key Senior Desktop Support Engineer Skills
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in providing:
    • Desktop hardware and software support
    • Windows 10, Edge, and Office 2016
    • Intel Desktop and Laptop knowledge (preferably Lenovo)
    • MS SCCM platforms experience and expertise around planning and maintenance
    • Guiding and coaching junior staff
As a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating and working with other key staff in delivery desktop hardware solutions and/or addressing problems encountered with desktop and laptop configurations;
  • Working with business to evaluate and select new estimator tablet model to replace aging tablets; and,
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and updating current workstation standards.
