Our client is seeking the services of an experienced Technical Analyst.

Top skills for Technical Analyst:

  • Ten (10) years exp working with Accessibility Guidelines
  • Strong experience with accessibility compliance guides (WCAG 2.0, 2.1, AODA, and W3C)
  • Expert knowledge of Android & iOS accessibility features such as Swift
  • Experience remediating issues across browsers and mobile devices (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS, and Android

Nice to Haves:

  • Development background is highly preferred (HTML, Java, and ARIA)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

As the Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Working within the Digital Experience team, this position will support the Accessibility Project, Support Manager, ensuring our Corporate and subsidiary public/secure/mobile sites and applications are universally accessible. You will contribute to the creation of standards and best practices and promote accessibility guidelines across our desktop and mobile applications. You will be the subject matter expert for digital accessibility of public/secure/mobile applications, embedded in cross-functional Agile teams, promote accessibility with team members, find existing accessibility issues, prioritize them, and work with colleagues to find solutions that are practical and best serve our clients.
