Eagle Maintains Status as a Best Workplace in Canada

Canadian Staffing Company Recognized by Great Place to Work for the 4th Consecutive Year

Best Workplaces in Canada - 2018Ottawa, ON, April 26, 2018 – For the fourth year in a row, professional staffing company Eagle Professional Resources (Eagle) is celebrating in its offices across Canada after being named a Best Workplace in Canada. The announcement was made last night in Toronto by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Canada and appears in a Special National Report in today’s edition of The Globe and Mail. Eagle ranks 16 on a list of 50 organizations with less than 100 employees.

Eagle is well-known in the Canadian staffing industry as one of the top-ranking employers and its reputation is backed up via numerous accolades. Offering their team a mix of extensive work-life balance, unique perks and a competitive compensation package, GPTW has also recognized Eagle with additional certifications, including Best Workplace for Women (2018, 2017 and 2015) and Best Workplace for Inclusion (2018). The company culture has been recognized numerous times with other awards since its inception in 1996.

“We’re appreciative that organizations such as Great Place to Work recognize Canadian organizations who invest in their people and culture,” said CEO and co-founder Janis Grantham. “We’re even more grateful that the entire team at Eagle works tirelessly, not only to serve our clients and candidates, but to contribute to making Eagle one of the Best Workplaces year-after-year.”

The 2018 Best Workplaces™ in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute.  The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results and the remaining one-third comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
